Our values — Dare, Care, and Simplify — capture the essence of who we are and guide our actions and decisions at Telia Lithuania. New colleagues become acquainted with them on newcomers’ day, one of several events designed to build our community and culture.

People of Telia Awards: This annual event allows colleagues to nominate those who exemplify our values in their daily work. It’s a chance to celebrate and spotlight role models who inspire us all. Every story is unique, and the aim is to highlight as many as possible and offer generous praise.
Purple Boost: A key event for managers, focusing on how our values drive success. At the latest event, we explored topics like leveraging cybersecurity and IoT (Dare to make an impact), aligning personal goals with team goals (Care for everyone), and how AI will help businesses (Simplifty the way we do things).
The event aimed not only to raise leaders’ awareness of our values but also to deeply connect them to these values, enabling them to lead by example, make value-aligned decisions, and inspire their teams to follow suit.
Telia Summer Festival: Held at the Lithuanian Museum of Ethnocosmology, north of the capital Vilnius, our latest festival attracted around 1,100 employees. Highlights included speaker zones with inspiring talks and opportunities for NGO donations, showcasing our commitment to Care for everyone.
A memorable flashmob, led by Telia Lithuania’s CEO, featured colleagues dancing to the beat of our values, reinforcing that our values are the rhythm that unites us.
