As part of our 2024–2026 strategy at Telia Finland, we’ve outlined a people strategy focusing on four key areas: building culture, leadership development, continuous learning, and integrating AI into our daily work.
Before we launched this next phase of our culture journey, we gathered feedback from our employees to understand the strengths and areas for improvement in our current culture. Using AI to analyze thousands of comments, we gained valuable insights that are shaping our future culture goals. We’re now turning these insights into concrete actions.
To strengthen our sense of community, we regularly organize events like Better Together morning coffees, “Bring a child to work” day, “Grow with us” week, and monthly GenAI coffees.
In 2024, we expanded our diversity month into the “Together we are more” month. In addition to in-house events, we organized activities targeted at both families with children and seniors, carried out by our staff as volunteer work.
Another example is the annual Telia Gaala — our latest brought together over 1,500 employees to celebrate the success and achievements of the past year. New employees and leaders also connect through live and virtual meetings, ensuring everyone feels part of our community from day one.
